(More customer reviews)Althought this product is still a good value for the money, the quality of the cotton is not that of what I expect from "Egyptian Cotton." It is not soft or smooth like my other Egyptian Cotton sheet products and is even a little on the rough side.
For the price, it is expected for regular cotton or cotton/blend fabric, but is misrepresented by saying it is Egyptian Cotton.

(More customer reviews)Baby seems to like this sheet a lot...It's very soft and fluffy and probably feels nicer and quieter on top of his plastic-coated mattress. He tends to reach his hands out and close his fingers against the sheets when he's trying to settle down and he does this less often when he's on the fluffy sheet, as if it feels good and calms him down. I think it also keeps him warmer because the fluff traps more heat....very useful in his room because it changes temperatures rapidly. I do recommend this item!

(More customer reviews)These are a great value in terms of bang for the buck. Considering the price, they have exceeded my expectations so far. Washing instructions can be found on the under side of both the fitted and the flat sheet. The green color looks nice. They survived the first washer/dryer cycle without incident. The first night of sleep with these was also without incident. I just got these, so time will tell how they will do over time.
As others have mentioned, the product title is incorrect (as of February 21, 2011). It says these are made by Columbia. However, if you read the product description, it says these are made by Perry Ellis. And indeed, the ones I received are Perry Ellis. The model number mentioned in the Amazon item description (177673) matches the SKU sticker on the packaging.
The set, as expected, includes a flat sheet, a fitted sheet and two pillowcases. It comes in a see-through generic thing with Perry Ellis thin cardboardy paper added. They say 100% polyester, Made in China, 2009 Perry Ellis licensing, RN76948.

(More customer reviews)If you like crisp sheets, these are not for you. They are soft but very thin. . . the type of sheets that cling and get caught up when you try to roll over. Although I wanted a soft sheet, these go overboard is being more like tissue paper than a cotton sheet.
In addition, I do not agree that just because they are cotton they can't be more wrinkle resistant. I have had cotton sheets that are far more wrinkle resistant than these are. Lots and lots of wrinkles after washing.

They weren't as high of quality as I was led to believe by some of the reviews I read, but overall I was satisfied with them. After I washed them a couple times and used them for about 2 months I began to notice significant wear and fading. They also began to pill. I am already looking for new sheets. For the price, they are ok but you could definitely find a better, higher quality set of sheets elsewhere for the same price.

(More customer reviews)I go through a lot of tear away, so I was happy to have found this pack! It is handy having pre-cut pieces in sizes I use most...saves a lot of time when you sew as much as I do!
This is a little thicker than I expected, but it seems to still tear readily. It may not be a great choice for very light fabrics, but it seems to work nicely with regular and thick fabric.
I would recommend this item, tear away is VERY over priced from national chain stores, this is an excellent buy!

I used liquid fabric softener in the wash and dried them on medium heat and pulled them immediately out of the dryer when done. They did not wrinkle at all. The color IS more of light teal than a true blue, but still pairs well with other blue accessories.

After washing them and sleeping a few nights on them I am very pleased with them and would definitely purchase more of these in the future and would recomend them to others. I would have given them a five star review, but I'v only had the a few days and have no idea how durable they will be long term.
